Rooted Fathers
The Rooted Fathers' fatherhood empowerment program is a comprehensive initiative designed to support fathers in becoming positive, impactful role models.
This 12-week workshop series is open to all fathers, future fathers, and father figures, regardless of background or family dynamic. Sessions consist of two hours of in-person or virtual interaction every Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., beginning on February 17 and continuing through May 5.
Our core mission is to foster strong, healthy relationships and promote a nurturing environment that benefits the entire family. This workshop also prioritizes men’s mental health and self-care awareness.
Participants can expect:
-
Peer Support and Mentorship – Regular meetings foster a safe space for fathers to share experiences, challenges, and successes. This peer-to-peer support is facilitated by experienced fatherhood mentors.
-
Skill-Based Workshops – Interactive sessions focus on actionable skills, including effective parenting techniques, communication strategies, and child development milestones.
-
Life-Stage Modules – Special modules are dedicated to navigating fatherhood through all stages of a child's life, from infancy to adolescence.
If this sounds like a space that would support you or someone you know, we invite you to learn more and connect.
