Summer Camp Team Leader- Hiring for Summer 2018
Team Leader will work with a specific group of school age children, providing a safe and fun environment. Team Leaders will transport children in a 15-passenger van on a regular basis. Team Leaders MUST be able to plan, organize, and implement age appropriate Learning/Recreational activities, as well as conduct discipline, and keep open communication with parents.
Summer Camp Youth Mentor- Hiring for Summer Camp 2018
The Summer Camp Youth Mentor provides child supervision, programming assistance and support to Team Leaders in the Kathy’s Kamp International summer enrichment camp. Youth Mentors provide positive role modeling for summer camp participants and work to foster positive relationships with and between participants.
Supervised Visitation Advocate- Part Time
The Supervised Visitation Advocate will provide hands-on direct assistance and parent education to families and children who are referred for Supervised Visitation services. This may include scheduling, transportation, face-to-face supervision, fully supervised visits at established visitation sites, and parent training and education before and after visits.
Healthy Babies STrong Families Advocate- Full Time
The Healthy Babies Family Advocate works with African-American families to prevent infant mortality and fetal loss through strengths-based family development (case management) and home visitation. The advocate utilizes education and motivational interviewing techniques to help families buffer toxic stress while improving preconception, prenatal, early childhood and family health.
Data Manager - Full Time
The Data Manager position oversees the development and use of data systems at Families Forward Resource Center (FFRC) and is responsible for identifying efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to quality and confidentiality. The position will ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organization, as well as within.
Collective Impact manager- Full Time
The Collective Impact Coordinator (CIC) will primarily be responsible for supporting the success of the Community Action Network (CAN) to reduce rates of African American Infant mortality in metro Denver using a Collective Impact approach. The CIC will also support the activities of the Far Northeast Health Alliance (FNHA) which is a community-based initiative to increase health and wellness in Denver’s Far Northeast neighborhoods, and which helped to start the CAN.
